Background:

Operational retail systems were carrying growing reporting demand. Q3 designed and delivered a dedicated MI datamart that extracts, transforms and loads retail data into a reporting-friendly model, with a metadata layer for consistent business definitions.

ETL into a flexible reporting store with daily and periodic aggregations

Support for steward-driven dimension enrichment and data-completeness tracking

Alignment with BP reporting and cloud hosting direction
