Third Quarter (Q3) is an emerging enterprise with a Level 3 Empowerdex rating. We are a technology company with offices in South Africa’s core business hubs and associations with partners in the rest of Africa.
The company was established in 2002 as a product development company, with its primary focus on providing software solutions which would improve the operational and strategic difficulties experienced in certain niche business areas. Today, Q3 has locally developed many products in the Applied Business Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Operational Workflow and Security arenas.
As a natural progression of this focus, Q3 became involved in the development of a number of bespoke projects for companies in the oil sector as well as for IT and Government clients and in the process has developed a reputation for delivering high quality, robust web applications and specializing in end-to-end business intelligence solutions.
Our Social Responsibility Division specializes in enabling our vision. Although it is a common thread weaved throughout the organisation, this division is charged with using our own technologies and open-source solutions to alleviate the plight of the disempowered.
